About Our Leaders
Jeff and Nichole Dales are St. Louis natives who grew up in West County—and yes, we know the next question… “Where did you go to high school?” Jeff proudly attended Kirkwood High School, and Nichole Victory Christian Academy.
They’ve served in ministry together for over 16 years, bringing both experience and authenticity to their calling. Having walked through recovery themselves, Jeff and Nichole understand people from all walks of life and are passionate about creating a church where grace is real, faith is practical, and no one feels like they have to have it all together.
Outside of ministry, Jeff and Nichole love being part of the West County community—you’ll often find them at local coffee shops, Des Peres Park, or doing life with their family. Their kids, Liliann (12) and Beckett (6), are growing up here too—busy with sports, friends, and all the things that keep their calendar full.
Jeff and Nichole don’t just want to build a place you attend—they want to build a community you belong to!
What We Do
Our gatherings include worship, prayer, Scripture study, and open conversation. We share meals, support one another, and make room for testimonies and encouragement.
As we grow toward planting a full church, we’re preparing for community nights, outreach events, and more opportunities for spiritual growth.
